We serve 150 cities across 3 states — find yours, or call free and we will point you the right way.
The questions people ask us most, answered honestly. Anything else — call free and ask.
Use the state sections on this page or the search box: pick your state, then find your city card. Every city card leads to that city's own page, with its housing data, the ZIP codes we serve there, nearby cities and its own emergency page. If you would rather talk it through, one free call — answered 24/7 — connects you with a local pro in your area.
Call anyway. The ZIP lists show the ZIP codes given for each city, and nearby coverage is common — a pro serving the next town over may still cover your street. The call is free and there is no obligation, so the fastest way to settle it is to ask. If your area genuinely is not covered, you will be told straight away rather than left guessing.
At the moment we serve three states — Florida, New York and Texas — with 50 cities in each. We would rather cover 150 cities properly, with real local data and pros who can arrive in 30–60 minutes, than list places we cannot serve well. If your state is not here, the state pages still carry useful identification and first-step advice, but treatment calls are only arranged inside the three states listed.
Yes. Every one of the 150 cities has its own emergency page, and there is a national emergency hub that groups them by state. Emergency pages carry the first-hour checklist and the fastest call route for that city. If you are looking at live bugs right now, use the red emergency button or the hub rather than reading through a standard city page first.
A local pro can typically arrive in 30–60 minutes in the cities we serve — that is the standard this service is built around. Arrival depends on the time of day and how far the nearest available pro is, so it is written as 'can arrive', not promised to the minute. Calling early, while the problem is still in one room, is what keeps same-day help realistic.
You can call at any hour — calls are answered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, in every city we serve. Bed bugs are usually discovered at night, so the line is staffed for exactly that moment. If a pro cannot visit until morning, you will be told on the call and given the safe steps to contain the room overnight in the meantime.
Start with a photo of what you found — live bugs, stains or eggs — and the city and ZIP you are in. Note which rooms seem affected and whether anyone has travelled or brought in used furniture recently. That short list lets the pro plan the right inspection the first time. You do not need to clean, spray or move furniture before calling; leaving the room as it is actually helps the inspection.
Often the building needs a coordinated approach, and city pages say so plainly. In multi-unit housing, adjoining units usually need inspection too, because bugs cross shared walls. Landlords and property managers can arrange building-level inspections through the same free call — one visit can cover the affected unit and its neighbours, which is how infestations in apartment buildings actually get finished.
Every state page follows the same layout — quick answer, services, city list, local factors, deep guide, comparisons and FAQs — but the content is written from that state's own data: its housing age, renter share, multi-unit share, its own pest control agency and its own bed bug patterns. Florida's page talks about visitor turnover; New York's about pre-1980 buildings. Nothing is copied across with the names swapped.
Use the problem checker on the homepage or your city page: tap the signs you have actually seen — live bugs, rusty stains, dark spots, eggs or shed skins. If they match, call for an inspection in your city rather than waiting. Bites alone are not reliable evidence, the EPA is clear on that, so physical signs are what the checker uses. Only a pro can confirm the problem in person.
Found your city? One free call connects you with a local pro who can arrive in 30–60 minutes. Not listed? Call anyway — we may still help.
